基于应用型土地资源管理专业人才培养方案优化研究——以石河子大学为例

摘  要：
随着新型城镇化的快速发展、生态文明体系的不断完善以及乡村振兴战略的大力推进,赋予了土地资源管理新的科学内涵和发展方向,国家和地方对土地管理高层次、应用型人才的需求不断加大。该文基于人才培养方案的调研,分析了石河子大学土地资源管理专业发展现状,分析了现有模式下人才培养中存在的问题,并提出了"应用型"土地资源管理专业人才培养方案优化的思路与措施,以期为石河子大学该专业的未来发展以及学生的就业保障提供参考。

摘  要：
With the rapid development of new urbanization,the improvement of the ecological civilization system andthe vigorous promotion of the strategy of rural revitalization,the new scientific connotation and direction of land re-sources management has been given. In recent years,national and local demand for high-level and applied talents inland management is increasing. Based on the analysis of the situation and development of land resource managementmajor in Shihezi University,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the training of talents under the existingmode,and puts forward the ideas and measures for the optimization of the training program of the "applied" profes-sionals in combination with the actual needs of the state and the society. In order to provide the basis and directionfor the future development of Shihezi University and the employment security of students.
