豆状带绦虫Tp-TSP2基因的克隆及生物信息学分析

摘  要:
对Tp-TSP2基因进行克隆和生物信息学分析,采用RT-PCR方法,成功从豆状带绦虫六钩蚴中扩增得到Tp-TSP2基因。Tp-TSP2基因编码区长621 bp,编码206个氨基酸,分子质量理论预测值为23.04 ku,等电点为7.33,预测有2个主要的B细胞抗原表位,存在4个跨膜区,与多房棘球绦虫TSP2氨基酸相似度为92.23%。在Gen Bank注册,登录号为AFJ24967.1。Tp-TSP2基因的成功克隆和分析为揭示豆状带绦虫TSP2基因的功能提供了基础资料。

摘  要:
Tp-TSP2 of Taenia pisiformis was cloned and bioinformatics analyzed. The result would provide an important basis for studying the function of Tp- TSP2. The complete sequence of Tp-TSP2 was 621 bp long and encoded 206 amino acids residues. The predicted molecular weight was23.04 ku and isoelectric point was 7.33. Two possible B cell epitopes and 4 transmembrane domains covered the whole polypeptide chains of Tp-TSP2 CDS regions. The amino acid sequence homology was above 92.23% compared with the Echinococcus multilocularis. The complete gene was registered in Gen Bank( accession number: AFJ24967.1).The gene was cloned and analyzed,which provided the basis for revealing the function of Taenia pisiformis TSP2 gene.
