首先简要介绍了载重汽车及其驱动桥的发展,主减速器功用、总体构造和结构形式。然后选择了部分零、部件的参数,并对主要的零部件进行了设计和计算。驱动桥是参考斯太尔重型载重汽车驱动桥设计的。

摘  要：
The development of heavy trucks and the drive axle are briefly introduced. Then the function, overall structure and construction style of the main reducer are presented. The parameters of the components of them are selected according to some references properly. The components, including shafts, gears,bearings and so on, are designed and calculated. The drive axle designed in this paper is consulted from the STR heavy truck.
