当生产环境过于恶劣,电磁干扰特别强烈,或安装使用不当时,都可能造成PLC运行错误。在PLC控制系统设计和施工时应充分考虑:环境问题、布线问题、接地问题、保护问题、干扰问题,以保证系统的安全可靠运行。

When the production environment is too bad,especially strong electromagnetic interference,or the installation of the use of the time,the operational errors of PLC may be created.to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system,the problem of environment,cable and ground connection,protection and interference should be considered during the period of PLC control system design and construction.
