摘  要:
随着柴油机强化指标不断得到提高,其湿式缸套的(蚀问题日益突出,已严重地影响了柴油机的经济使用寿命。为此,阐述了柴油机湿式缸套产生(蚀的机理,分析了柴油机活塞、缸套、冷却系等零部件的结构特点和使用情况对缸套(蚀的影响,并提出了确实可行的预防措施。

摘  要:
Following with the constant improvement of the diesel engine’s intensive target, the corrosive pitting in wet-type cylinder liner is prominent day by day, which has seriously influenced the diesel engine's economic service life. Hence, this paper elaborates the mechanism of the corrosive pitting, analyzes the cylinder liner corrosive pitting influenced by the structure characteristics and service condition of the components and parts in the diesel engine, and provides the available preventive measurements to prevent the cylinder liner corrosive pitting.
