玉米基因枪转化Bt基因的研究

摘  要:
以玉米自交系A188为试材,将含有Bar基因和Bt基因的质粒pBW3导入玉米幼胚内,获得了转基因抗性苗。抗性植株点杂交及Southern杂交结果显示,该基因已整合到抗性玉米植株体内,外源基因在玉米基因组内有4个拷贝。

摘  要:
By micro-particle bombardments, Plasmid pBW3 which is component of Bt.and Bar gene was transferred into maize immature embryos of maize self-bred lines A188, resistant maize plants were obtained.Dot-bloting and Southern-bloting of transgenic maize leaves showed:Bt.gene had integrated into resistant maize plants, heterogeneous gene had four copies in maize gene group.
