摘 要:
利用不同致病力 ( 、 、 群 )的甘薯瘟病菌混合菌株 ,采用剪叶法对 2 0 7个甘薯新品系进行抗瘟性鉴定。试验结果表明 ,抗病 (R)的有 7个 ,占 3.38% ;中抗 (MR)的有 15个 ,占 7.2 5 % ;中感 (MS)的有 32个 ,占 15 .4 6 % ;感病 (S)的有 15 3个 ,占 73.91%。方差分析结果表明 ,抗病、中抗、中感、感病品种间抗性差异极显著。试验结果表明 ,F8- 1 等 7个甘薯新品系为抗病品系 ,可作为抗源亲本。经生产力测定之后 ,抗病和中抗的品系可在薯瘟病区进一步试验示范

摘 要:
With the mixed strains of Groups Ⅰ-Ⅲ of Ralstonia solanacearum , 207 new sweet potato strains were evaluated by the method of leaf\|cutting in green house The results showed that the new strains of R,MR,MS,S were 7, 15,32 and 153 respectively, which accounted for 3 38%,7 25%,15 46% and 73 91% of the total respectively There were significant differences in resistance of the new strains of R,MR,MS and S 7 new sweet potato strains were resistant to Ralstonia solanacearum ,which could be considered as parental materials of resistance After the identification of productivity, the new strains of R and MR could be further tested and demonstrated
