中非农业机械产品贸易可行策略分析

摘  要：
以中非农业机械产品贸易为研究对象,首先,通过文献资料收集,借助数理统计工具,分析出中非农机产品贸易的发展现状及特点,发现以下结论:我国农业机械产品出口保持快速增长,但以小型农机产品为主,且出口市场较窄,东南亚为主要出口地区;非洲农机产品贸易逆差关系显著,其进口来源国集中度较高,以美国、意大利为主,进口种类主要集中在小型拖拉机,表现单一;中非农机产品贸易的特点是处于起步阶段,有待开垦;培训合作,亦授亦商,以及"国""企"结合,规避风险。其次,从比较优势,SWOT模型分析和互补性分析出发,对中非农机产品贸易的可行性和影响展开论述。其中,结合我国2004—2013年主要农机产品贸易竞争力指数,得知我国大部分农机产品出口处于比较优势状态;运用SWOT模型分析得出:我国已经整体上进入农机化中级阶段,农机产品出口退税以及整机制造商对零部件的全球采购成为我国农机产品出口的优势所在;企业用工和原材料成本上升,农业机械工业体系不够完善,基础相对薄弱,贸易保护主义等成为农机产品出口的劣势;综合分析发现中非农机产品贸易市场潜力巨大,机遇大于挑战。最后,结合上述结论,得出启示有:政府对中非农机贸易的支持仍不可或缺;农机贸易主体应由政府向农机企业转变;应继续加强中非农机贸易的战略规划。

摘  要：
In this article,the object is the trade of agricultural machinery products between China and Africa,researching in three aspects.Firstly,using the method of literature research,consulting and collecting literature data,mainly include China agricultural machinery industry yearbook,analyze the present situation and characteristics of the trade of agricultural machinery products between China and Africa,and conclude that China's agricultural exports grows rapidly,but the small types of agricultural products are major,and the main export markets are narrow;the African agricultural products trade deficit significantly,source of imports is relatively concentrated,and single species.Secondly,from the comparative advantage,SWOT model and complementary analysis,conclude that China Africa agricultural machinery trade markets are broad and have great potential.Lastly,according to the first and two parts,combine theory and practice,draw main inspiration as bellows:government support for agricultural trade is indispensable;agricultural machinery enterprises should become the main body of trade between China and Africa;strengthen the strategic planning of China-Africa agricultural trade.
