湖羊是我国著名的白色羔皮羊,具有生长快、成熟早、繁殖力高等特点。一般成年母羊每胎平均产2羔以上。最高有产5只羔的个体,产羔率达200—250%。 为了解湖羊多胎的生殖规律,我们对引入新疆的湖羊和当地生长的三北羊成年母羊发情期外周血液中的孕酮、LH和雌二醇-17β与排卵数的关系进行了初步研究。 本试验着重阐述湖羊自然排卵数与3种激素含量的变化关系,并与三北羊进行了比

摘  要：
The concentrations of progesterone, LH and estradiol-17β in the peripheral blood throughout the oestrous cycle were examined by radioimmunoassay in Hu and Chinese Karakul ewes. Progesterone levels were sigaificantly higher (P<0.001) in Hu ewes during the luteal phase of the cycle (day 8—14) than those of the Karakul ewes, Luteal phase progesterone levels in Hu ewes were proportional to the ovulation rates (r=0.58, P<0.05), with a linear correlation, Y=2.25x+4.77 (P<0.01). The duration from onset of oestrus to LH release in Hu ewes was significantly longer than in Chinese Karakul ewes (P<0.05). The duration of LH release in Hu ewes was proportionally related (P<0.05) to the different ovulation rates. The estradiol-17β levels throughout the oestrus cycle in Hu ewes were higher than those of the Chinese Karakul ewes (P<0.05). There was no difference between the groups of Hu ewes (P>0.05).
