摘 要：
针对企业在项目研发"全过程"中所存在的文献检索问题,结合本单位工作情况,通过采取提高检索认识、建立规章制度、明确检索重点、规范报告撰写、编辑辅导材料等一系列措施,提高了技术人员了解、利用现有技术的积极性和文献检索水平,以及知识产权文献检索报告的撰写质量,有效地规避了投资风险,避免了重复研发,提高了研发起点,防止了无意识侵权,促进了创新成果的产出,且收到了良好效果,具有可推广的实用价值。

摘 要：
Aiming at the problem of document retrieval in enterprise project research and development,combined with the work of our unit,the paper increased the initiative of technical staff to understand and make use of the current technology and level of document retrieval and quality of intellectual property report by taking a series of measures,effectively avoided investment risks and repeat development,increased the research and development starting point,prevented unintentional infringement,promoted innovation output,received good results,and has a practical propagable value.
