高寒煤矿区3种人工栽培种对自然降温的生理响应

摘  要:
以青藏高原受损煤矿区植被恢复过程中3种人工栽培禾本科植物垂穗披碱草、冷地早熟禾、星星草为对象,研究自然降温对其地上部分生理指标变化特征及越冬率的影响。结果表明:随着温度的逐步降低,3种植物游离脯氨酸、Na~+、丙二醛含量逐步增加,其中丙二醛含量到9月22日后增加趋势明显(P<0.05);可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性先增加后下降(其中冷地早熟禾可溶性糖含量为下降—增加—下降);过氧化氢酶活性变化规律不一致,K~+含量逐步下降,Ca~(2+)含量无明显变化。3种植物均能够安全越冬,越冬率达96%以上。3种植物具有不同的生理生化抗寒机理,抗寒性综合评价结果为:冷地早熟禾>垂穗披碱草>星星草,更适合低温环境条件下生长的植物为垂穗披碱草、冷地早熟禾。

摘  要:
In the process of vegetation restoration in the damaged coal mine area of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, low temperature affects the growth and development of cultivated grass. It is of great significance to guide the practical activity of ecological restoration by evaluating cold resistance capability of cultivars. In this study, three gramineous plants(Elymus nutans, Poa crymophila, Puccinellia tenuiflora) cultivars were used to investigate the effects of natural cooling on the changes of above-ground physiological indexes and the overwintering rate in alpline coal mine area of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The results showed that the contents of free proline, Na~+ and malondialdehyde in creased gradually with the decrease of temperature, and the content of malondialdehyde increased significantly after September 22(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the soluble sugar content and the superoxide dismutase activity increased first and then decreased(in which the soluble sugar content of P. crymophila were decreased-increased-decrease); the change of catalase activity was inconsistent, the K~+ content decreased gradually and the Ca~(2+) content did not change significantly. All the three cultivars can survive the winter safely, and the overwintering rate was over 96%. Three cultivars had different physiological and biochemical cold resistance mechanisms. The comprehensive evaluation results of cold resistance were: P. crymophila > E. nutans > P. tenuiflora. In conclusion, E. nutans and P. crymophila are more suitable than P. tenuiflora for the growth under the low temperature environment.
