黄皮种子提取物对朱砂叶螨的生物活性

摘  要:
采用浸液法和药膜法测定了黄皮种子提取物对朱砂叶螨的生物活性。结果表明,黄皮种子甲醇粗提物对朱砂叶螨具有良好的触杀活性,其质量浓度为10 mg/mL时,对成螨和卵的校正死亡率分别为95.77%和98.32%,其LC50分别为0.876 3、1.2737 mg/mL;同时,对朱砂叶螨表现出良好的驱避和产卵抑制活性,在质量浓度为20 mg/mL时,对朱砂叶螨24 h的产卵抑制率和驱避率分别达到95.96%和88.79%。试验还表明,黄皮种子中的活性成分主要存在于石油醚中,其甲醇粗提物的石油醚萃取液质量浓度为2 mg/mL时,对朱砂叶螨成螨和卵的校正死亡率分别为100%和93.16%。

摘  要:
Bioactivity of Clausena lansium seed extracts against Tetranychus cinnabarinus was determined by method of residual film and steep. The results indicated that methanol extract at quality concentration of 10 mg/mL showed higher contact toxicity activity against T. cinnabarinus with adjusted mortalities of adult mite and egg of 95.77% and 98.32%,and their LC50 were 0.876 3 and 1.273 7 mg/mL respectively. It also showed good activity of ovipositing inhibition,rates of ovipositing inhibition and repellent reached 95.96% and 88.79% at quality concentration of 10 mg/mL. Active ingredient in C. lansium seeds mainly existed in extract of petroleum,and adjusted mortalities of adult mite and egg at quality concentration of 2 mg/mL reached 100% and 93.16%,respectively.
