金球桧挥发油成分的GC-MS分析

摘  要:
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取金球桧叶片挥发油,利用GC-MS联用技术结合化学计量方法对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用面积归一法测定各组分的相对质量分数,并对该挥发油抑制大肠杆菌效果进行研究。结果表明:金球桧挥发油中共检出了46种化学成分,以烯萜类化合物为主,相对含量占总成分的98.75%。挥发油中含量较高的成分有香桧烯(16.88%)、松油烯-4-醇(9.84%)、D-柠檬烯(7.38%)、δ-杜松烯(7.45%)和乙酸龙脑酯(7.33%)等,其中一些成分是医药或化工行业的重要原料。该研究未发现金球桧挥发油对大肠杆菌有抑制作用。本研究结果可为进一步开发利用金球桧资源提供参考。

摘  要:
The essential oils of Sabina chinensis Ant. cv. Aureoglobosa were obtained by hydrodistillation from fresh leaves,which were analyzed by gaschromatography mass spectrometry( GC- MS),and the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Escherichia coli were used for testing the sterilization and bacteriostasis of the essential oils. The result showed that totally 46 compounds were indentified,comprising 98. 75% of the total oil,and most of which were ene and terpenoids. The relative content of some constituents were high,such as sabinene,terpinen-4-ol,D-limonene,δ-cadinene and bornyl acetate,accounting for 16. 88%,9. 84%,7. 38%,7. 45% and 7. 33% of the total compositions,and some consitituents of the essential oils were valuable for pharmaceutical and for the production of spices. we have not found that the essential oils have good effect of the sterilization and bacteriostasis on Escherichia coli. Our analysis on the compositions and their relative contents of essential oils in this species,which would build foundation for further utilization of this plant.
