甘蓝型油菜核不育系15NA选育及利用

摘  要：
对荣选23的原始材料中发现的雄性不育株,用湘油15号连续回交并同步进行品质、抗性选择,回交7代后育成不育性状稳定的核不育系15NA。该不育系不育彻底,育性不受环境温度变化影响,利用该不育系已育成5个杂交组合通过品种审定。对15NA的特征特性和繁殖制种进行了介绍。

摘  要：
New genic male sterile line 15NA was developed from the male sterile plant came from rapeseed(B.napus) cultivar Rongxuan 23,and it was the 7th backcross progeny of the male sterile plant and Xiangyou 15.The male sterility of 15NA was complete and stable,and it did not affected by environmental temperature.Five hybrid rapeseed cultivars released by Crop Variety Approval Committee were developed using this male sterile line.The characteristics and techniques of reproduction and hybrid seed production of 15NA were introduced.
