摘 要：
In the paper,a method used in equipment rooms of industries such as telecommunication,mobile communication was presented and expatiated,for which AVR MCU and its control circuit was applied and 485 meter reading technology was referenced.The method carried out the coulometry of DTS118 in the mobile stations.
