车辆行驶速度对路面损伤的研究

摘  要:
针对半刚性路面的特点 ,建立了半刚性路面的三维有限元分析模型 ,分析了车辆行驶速度的变化对半刚性路面损伤的影响。有限元分析和路面动位移响应试验结果表明 ,在一定的载荷下 ,随着行车速度的提高 ,半刚性底基层底部的最大水平拉应力、土基层顶部最大垂直压缩应变、半刚性底基层底部最大横向拉应变及半刚性底基层底部最大水平拉应变和路表面的垂直位移均减小 ;路面动位移的响应时间随行车速度的提高而变短。对路面上一确定位置而言 ,提高行车速度可以减小路面的损伤程度。

摘  要:
A 3 D FEA model of half rigid road was established based on the elastic layered theory and the damage of the half rigid road caused by various vehicle speeds was analyzed with help of the ANSYS code. The simulation results indicate that under a certain load the maximum horizontal tensile stress of the half rigid road, the maximum vertical compression strain on the top of the cohesive soil subgrade, the maximum transversal tensile strain of the half rigid road, the maxium horizontal tensile strain of the half rigid road and the vertical displacement of the pavement will decrease with increasing of vehicle speed. At the same time, the response time of the pavement motorial displacement will also be shortened with increasing speed and the load actuation duration and the earthed specific pressure will be decreased to a definitive position. Although the dynamic load will be increased with increasing speed, it will not be increased much when the load is fixed. Therefore increasing speed of vehicles could decrease the damage to the pavement.
