轴系是船舶的重要组成部分,它起着传递扭矩,保证船舶正常运行的重要作用。渔轮轴系又有尾轴系和前端输出轴系之分,而且随着渔业生产发展的需要,前端输出功率也将不断增加,目前对机械起网机渔轮而言,主机前端输出轴带动舱底水泵及发电机,经离合器长轴、伞齿轮垂直传递动力给起网卷扬机,组成前轴系。上海市海洋渔业公司 SY812,S

The occurrence of forward shaft damage on fishing boat may be mostly caused by torsional stress, multiple fulcrums of shaft and non-concentricity.For tackling the problems,this article introduces a new coupling with high elastic stress.
