白缘缺血清转铁蛋白研究

摘  要:
从长江上游水系采集到野生白缘(鱼央)。血清转铁蛋白 PAGE 分析显示:白缘(鱼央)血清转铁蛋白分两个区,即 Tfa 区和 Tfb 区,其中 Tfa 区有一条带,Tfb 区有两条带;本试验发现5个表现型,频率分别为34.78%,47.83%,4.35%,4.35%和8.69%,等位基因 a、b_1和 b_2的基因频率分别为37.74%、41.51%和20.75%;对白缘(鱼央)、黄颡鱼、革胡子鲇、中华鲟、大菱鲆、黑斑蛙、金环蛇、鹅、人、小鼠、牛、宽吻海豚以及糙齿海豚等13个物种的血清转铁蛋白分析表明:脊椎动物血清转铁蛋白 PAGE 图谱分为 Tfa、Tfb、Tfc 和 Tfd 4个区。

摘  要:
Leiobagrus marginatus(Günther)in wildness was collected in the upriver sys- tem of Yangtze River.The analyzed results of serum transferrin PAGE showed that the pattern of serum transferrins was divided into two zones.They are Tfa zone and Tfb zone.Furthermore,Tfa zone has only one protein-zone but Tfb has two.The frequen- cies of 5 phenotypes are 34.78%,47.83%,4.35%,4.35%and 8.69% respectively. And the gene frequencies of alleles a,b_1 and b_2 are 37.74%,41.51% and 20.75%,re- spectively.The analyzed results of serum transferrin PAGE of 13 species(Leiobagras marginatus,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Clarias eatheri,Aci penser sinensis,Scophthatmus maximus,Nigromaculata(Hallowell),Bungarus fasciatus,Anser cygnoides,Homo sapiens,Musculus,Bos tauru,Tursiops truncates and Steno bredanensis)showed that the pattern of serum transferrin was divided into four zones in vertebrate.They are Tfa, Tfb,Tfc and Tfd.
