正交试验对人参多糖水提醇沉工艺的优化

摘  要:
为了得到人参(Panax ginseng)多糖的高效提取方法,以提高人参多糖的提取效率,采用水提醇沉的方法提取多糖,采用L_9(3~4)的正交试验优化人参多糖的工艺;并且在优化工艺条件下对人参样品进行了提取,采用紫外分光光度法测定人参多糖质量分数。结果表明:通过对人参多糖的提取进行单因素考查,选取提取工艺的温度、提取时间、m(人参粗粉)∶V(蒸馏水)、提取次数作为正交试验设计因素(以其中影响较小的因素为误差),按照正交试验方法对人参多糖进行提取工艺优化。提取工艺最佳条件为提取温度100℃、提取时间4 h、提取2次、m(人参粗粉)∶V(蒸馏水)=1 g∶20 mL;按照优化工艺提取人参样品中的多糖,对人参样品中的多糖质量分数进行测定。检测结果表明:市场销售的人参中多糖质量分数变化相差较大,在一定程度上影响人参的使用效果。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to improve the extraction efficiency of Panax ginseng polysaccharides for obtaining an efficient extraction method. The polysaccharides were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The orthogonal test(L_9(3~4)) was used to optimize the technology of ginseng polysaccharides. The ginseng samples were extracted under the optimized conditions. The content of ginseng polysaccharides was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The extraction process of ginseng polysaccharides was optimized according to the orthogonal test method. The optimum extraction conditions were extraction temperature, extraction time, m(material)∶V(liquid), extraction times as the orthogonal design factors(with the less influential factors as errors). The extraction process was optimized according to the orthogonal test method. The extraction time was 4 h, the extraction time was 2 times, m(material)∶V(liquid) was 1 g∶20 mL, and the content of polysaccharides in ginseng samples was determined according to the optimized process. The results showed that the changes of polysaccharide content in ginseng on the market were quite different, which would affect the use effect of ginseng to a certain extent.
