摘  要：
国有林资源保护是当前林业建设和发展不容忽视的重要问题。非法占有国有林地不仅具有隐蔽性强、缓慢蚕食等特点,并且在调查取证中也存在着证据少、取证阻力大等问题。为强化国有林地资源保护力度,必须做好宣传工作、规范执法、加强打击力度等综合措施。

摘  要：
National forest protection is an important issue that can not be ignored in the construction and development of forestry.Illegal possession of state-owned forest cover not only strong,slow eating,and other characteristics of the investigation and there is also little evidence,evidence of resistance.To strengthen the state-owned forest resources protection,we must do a good job in publicity work,to regulate law enforcement,strengthen comprehensive measures to crack down.
