东西部县域农业化学物质投入产污强度对比分析──以山东平度市和宁夏盐池县为例

摘  要:
提出并应用耕地农业化学物质投入产污量的计算方法,以此完善耕地农业化学物质投入产污强度的表征方法,并应用此方法探讨东西部县域耕地农业化学物质投入产污强度的时空变化特征。选取东部的山东省平度市,西部的宁夏回族自治区的盐池县为案例区进行对比分析,揭示2000—2012年东西部2个案例区的耕地农业化学物质投入产污及其变化特征,以期为东西部农业协调、持续发展提供科学依据。结果表明:虽然耕地面积、农作物产量、化学物质投入量和单位耕地面积的产污量,平度的都远高于盐池的;然而,单位农作物产量的产污量却是盐池的大于平度的,且均随时间的变化而大幅度降低。因此,农作物产量的增加并不一定需要以农业面源污染的不断增加为代价,污染强度的降低可以直接依赖合理投入化肥、避免过多的使用农药、加大力度回收地膜,特别是不断提高农民的环境保护意识和积极利用其他生产要素等得到。

摘  要:
The authors proposed and applied the method of calculating total agrochemical pollution, which ishelpful to calculating agrochemical pollution intensity and studying its spatio-temporal changes between theEast and the West in China at county level. The authors selected Pingdu City in Shandong Province in EastChina and Yanchi County in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in West China as cases, revealed the amountand change of agrochemical pollution in the two areas in 2000—2012, in order to provide a scientific basis forharmonious and sustainable development of agriculture between the East and the West in China. It was foundthat the cultivated land area, crop yield, chemical inputs and pollution amount of per unit cultivated land areaof Pingdu were much higher than that of Yanchi; however, pollution amount of per unit crop yield of Yanchiwas higher than that of Pingdu and both of them greatly reduced from 2000 to 2012. The implication was that the increase of crop production could be obtained without the increase of regional pollution, andpollution intensity could be reduced directly by reasonable utilization of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,recycling plastic film and so on, especially improving farmer's awareness of environmental protection and theutilization of other production factors.
