青冈无性系基株叶磷元素的时空分配特征

摘  要:
利用调查、取样和分析技术对青冈无性系基株叶构件中P元素含量的分配格局进行研究。结果表明:青冈无性系基株上部叶、下部叶及萌生枝叶中P元素含量分别介于0.063%~0.181%、0.050%~0.158%、0.061%~0.082%之间。叶P元素含量上部叶>下部叶>萌生枝叶,但上部叶与下部叶差异不显著,上部叶与萌生枝叶P元素含量差异极显著,下部叶与萌生枝叶之间P元素含量差异显著。无性系基株上部叶与下部叶P元素的季节变化态势基本表现为上升→下降→上升→下降,萌生枝叶P元素基本表现为下降→上升的态势。P元素含量季节变化明显,春季与其他季节差异极显著。

摘  要:
The allocation pattern of nutrient is generally thought to exhibit a simple vegetative state. But few studies have measured the temporal variation and the spatial patterns in Cyclobalanopsis glauca. The allocation pattern of phosphorus( P) in leaf of C. glauca genets were studied by investigating,taking samples and analyzing. The leaf P concentrations ranged from 0. 063% to0. 181% in the leaves of the upper layer( TUL) and ranged from 0. 050% to 0. 158% in the leaves of the lower layer( TLL) and ranged from 0. 061% to 0. 082% in the leaves of the ramets( TLR). And ranked in the order of TUL > TLL > TLR. The leaf P concentrations in TUL was higher slightly than that in TLL,but no significant difference were detected. But the leaf P concentrations in TLR differed remarkably from that in TUL at P < 0. 01 and differed from that in TLL at 0. 01 < P < 0. 05. Generally,the amplitude of the P concentrations was higher in TLL than in TUL in the ortets. The seasonal dynamics of the leaf P concentrations was similar in TUL and in TLL and that increased in spring,then decreased gradually,and then increased in autumn and decreased slightly in winter,but that in TLR was different,decreased continuous and increased in winter. Within the growth period,the leaf P concentrations differ significantly among the months,specifically between the April and the others.
