纳米Co_3O_4负载鞘氨醇单胞菌去除养殖海水中重金属离子的效果

摘  要:
以纳米Co3O4负载鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas sp.XJ2)制备复合生物吸附剂,对此吸附剂进行表征并考察了其吸附养殖海水中重金属离子的性能。利用合成的新型Co3O4纳米材料吸附性能、再生性能好的优点去除养殖海水中重金属离子,吸附性能研究表明,纳米Co3O4负载鞘氨醇单胞菌制备复合吸附剂进行海水中重金属离子动态吸附试验,当F值为1.2 L/h、处理时间为90~130 min,重金属离子去除率达到90%以上,处理后水质达海水质量Ⅰ类标准;连续出水COD值为2.5~3.2 mg/L,COD值去除率达85%左右。

摘  要:
Composite biosorbent of nano Co3O4 carrying Sphingomonas sp.was prepared,then the characteristic of composite biosorbent and its heavy metal ions adsorbing ability in aquaculture seawater was investigated.The continuous-flow experiments showed that removal ratio could arrive to 90% after 90~130 min when the flow rate was 1.2 L/h.The effluent water met the level I of seawater quality standard.The COD value after treatment was 2.5~3.2 mg/L,equivalent to a removal ratio of about 85%.
