变异玉米的补偿性生长研究

摘  要:
将2010年化学诱变所得的玉米材料192进行种植,对该玉米材料的形态特征和生理代谢特性予以分析。结果表明,该变异玉米品种具有优良的补偿性生长特性;苗期下部叶片出现了明显的自我凋亡,而到了生育后期,中部叶片的叶绿素含量提高37%,可溶蛋白含量提高24%,硝酸还原酶活性提高24%,谷氨酰胺合成酶活性提高22%。该玉米品种的变异是可遗传变异,可用于改良玉米种质。

摘  要:
192 parts of mutagenized maize were used to study morphological and physiological characteristics.The results show,the growth of the variation maize is controlled by itself through its lower leaves withering at the young growth stage.But at the later growth stage,it shows compensation growth.The chlorophyll content of the middle leaves increased by 37%,the dissoluble protein content by 24%,the NR activity by 24% and the GS activity increased by 22%.The variation maize characteristics could be used to get an improvement in maize breed.
