萃取紫外分光光度法测定梅岭霉素

摘 要:
提出了测定梅岭霉素 (meilingmycin)的萃取紫外分光光度法 ,该法基于酸性条件下环己烷对梅岭霉素与水溶性色素的选择性萃取及梅岭霉素的紫外吸收特性。最大紫外吸收波长 2 38nm ,梅岭霉素在 1~ 2 0mg/L范围内符合比耳定律 ,表观摩尔吸收系数ε =2 .6× 10 6L/mol/cm ,最低检出限为 0 .0 72mg/L ,回收率为 96 .7%。该法可成功的用于梅岭霉素含量的测定 ,满足菌种选育工作及工艺优化大通量检测的需要

摘 要:
Extraction-spectrophotometric method for determination of meilingmycin is proposed.The meilingmycin can be extracted into cyclohexane at pH 3.0 and has absorption maximum at 238 nm.The calibrationgraphs generated was linear over the range of 1~20mg·L -1 (r= 0.9996 ),ε=2.6×10 6L·mol -1 cm -1 .The detection limits is 0.072mg·L -1 and the recovery of the method is 96.7%.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of meilinmycin in breeding of high-producing strain.
