摘 要:
[目的]建立RP-HPLC同时测定三黄片中黄芩苷和小檗碱含量的方法。[方法]采用Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-浓度2%乙酸水溶液(25∶75,V/V)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为275 nm,进样量为10μl。[结果]黄芩苷和小檗碱的分离效果良好,分别在0.008~0.038、0.004~0.022 mg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.3%(RSD=1.66%)和99.5%(RSD=2.42%)。[结论]该方法简便、准确,分离效果好,可用于三黄片的质量控制。

[Objective]To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablet.[Method]Kromasil C 18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-2% iceacetic acid(25∶ 75).The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min,and the detection wavelength was 275 nm,sample size 10 μl.[Result]Excellent chromatographic separation was achieved for baicalin and berberine hydrochloride.The linear ranges of two constituents were 0.008-0.038mg and 0.004-0.022 mg respectively.The recoveries were 99.3%(RSD = 1.66%);99.5%(RSD = 2.42%).[Conclusion] The method is easy and simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablet.
