8月7日葫芦岛地区局地大暴雨漏报原因分析

摘  要:
暴雨是主要的气象灾害之一,长久以来区域性暴雨被广泛关注和研究,预报能力明显提高。对天气尺度下突发中小尺度的短时强降水来说,虽然有预报理论基础,但由于观测网点(特别是高空观测网点)和观测时间的稀疏,预报难度较大。2007年8月7日早晨到夜间,葫芦岛地区普降中到大雨,部分地区过程累计雨量超过50mm,少数乡镇雨量超过100mm。这次降水过程是在天气尺度降水的前提下,出现了中小尺度的短时强降水,通过乡镇自动站降水记录分析,这次局地性短时强降水具有影响范围小、出现时间不一致等特点,预报难度大,因此造成这次局地大暴雨过程漏报。

摘  要:
Rainstorm is one of the main meteorological disasters.For a long time,regional rainstorm has been widely concerned and researched,with the forecasting ability being improved significantly.With regards to the burst of the meso-microscale short-time strong rainfall under the weather scale,there is theoretical basis of forecasting,but it is difficult to forecast due to the sparsity of observation network(especially the high-altitude observation network)and observation time.From the morning to the night on August 7th,2007,Huludao region rained universally from moderate to heavy,and the accumulated rainfall of certain regions exceeded 50 mm,even a few towns' rainfall exceeded 100 mm.On the premise of the weather scale precipitation,meso-microscale short-time strong rainfall appeared in the process of this precipitation.Through the analysis on the rainfall records of township automatic stations,this regional short-time strong rainfall had the characteristics of small effects,inconsistent time,etc.,and forecast is difficult,thus it caused the omissive forecast of this local rainstorm process.
