摘  要：
The branches of the Communist Party of China in universities, as a grass-roots unit of the CPC, is an important linkage bridge for communication between the CPC and masses and students, and is also a concreted foundation for the effective way to develop the CPC missions. It will be a great practical significance to strengthen the dynamic roles of grass-roots branches of the CPC in the universities. Paper analyzed the issues and the effective way conducting the CPC′s activities in order to provide a reference for strengthening the capacity of the CPC branches at grass-roots level in the universities.
