温度对AFLP银染检测的影响

摘  要:
在家蚕AFLP分子标记多样性的研究中发现温度对AFLP -银染的结果有一定的影响。本实验以湘晖与 872杂交的 91个F2 个体为材料 ,对AFLP银染过程中温度的影响进行了分析。温度试验结果显示 :在 2 5℃左右进行胶板的前期处理和凝胶的制备为最佳温度

摘  要:
In this study, 91 F 2 individuals derived from the cross between Xiang Hui and 872 were used as experiment materials. Temperature was found to influence the silver straining AFLP molecular markers in silkworm. The optimum temperature for the preparation of the glass and the gel appeared to be approximately 25℃.
