水稻抗稻瘟病育种中抗性的评鉴(英文)

摘  要:
应用单行法评鉴水稻育种品系的叶稻瘟和穗颈猪瘟病抗性,大多数参试品系在旱地圃和水田圃均表现相同趋势。在水田圃中感病的品系在旱地圃也感病,在旱地圃中抗病的品系在水田圃中也表现抗病。1994年评鉴选择出的抗病品系,1995年仍表现相同抗性,一些选系表现了与抗病对照品种Katy和Kaybonnet同样的叶稻瘟和穗颈稻瘟抗性,且农艺表现代于对照。试验结果证明,用单行法评鉴育种品系的稻瘟病抗性是可行的。叶稻瘟抗性与穗颈瘟抗性显著相关(r=0.5829~0.7439),但也出现有的品系叶猪瘟和穗颈稻瘟的抗性不一致的例外,尤其是在抗叶猪瘟品系中。对于抗叶猪瘟的品系,叶稻瘟和穗颈稻瘟抗性的评鉴都是至关重要的。发病率和产量损失率都是评鉴穗颈稻瘟的重要指标。有的品系穗颈稻瘟发病率较高,但产量损失很少或不损失,因为穗颈瘟发生在腊熟期之后。

摘  要:
Using a single row method evaluated leaf and neck blast resistance of breeding lines in blast nurseries. Most of the test lines showed the same trend in both upland and flooded nurserles. A line susceptible in the flooded nursery was susceptible in the upland nursery and lines resistant in the upland nursery were resistant in the flooded nursery. Resistant lines selected from the 1994's blast nursery were resistant in 1995. Some selected breeding lines showed same level of leaf and neck blast resistance as resistant check cultivars Katy and Kaybonnet but better agronomic performance. It is feasible to use the single r0w method to evaluate blast resistance of breeding line. There was a significant correlation between leaf and neck blast resistance (r=0.5829-0.7439) but some exceptions existed especially among leaf blast resistant lines for this general relationship. Their leaf and neck blast resistance were not consistent. Both leaf and neck blast resistance evaluation are imperative for these lines. Both neck blast disease incidence and yield loss are important components to evaluate neck blast.Some lines showed higher neck blast disease incidence but did not lose yield because neck blast took place after dough stage.
