摘 要:
以网状内皮组织增生病病毒(REV)东北分离株HLJR0901基因组为模板,分别用6对引物扩增其全基因组,最终通过拼接和比对确定HLJR0901株的全基因组长8284bp,其基因组结构为LTR-PBS-gag-pol-env-PPT-LTR,GenBank登录号为GQ415646。运用软件将其序列与已知的其他REV全基因组进行比较。结果显示,HLJR0901株不仅与中国台湾和美国的REV毒株有较高的同源性,而且与鹅、野鸟及插入到鸡痘病毒中的REV前病毒有较近的亲缘关系,而与我国南方毒株HA9901的亲缘关系较远,表明我国流行的REV存在多样性。

摘 要:
Six pairs of primers were designed according to the published reticuloendotheliosis virus(REV)sequences,and used to amplify six overlapping fragments from DNA extracted from REV HLJR0901 strain,which was isolated in the Northeast China.After sequencing,the full-genome sequence of HLJR0901 strain was established to be 8284bp in size and the structure of genome was LTR-PBS-gag-pol-env-PPT-LTR.The GenBank accession number of the full-genome of HLJR0901 strain was GQ415646.The full-genome sequence of HLJR0901 strain was compared with the published REV sequences using the softwares,and the results showed that HLJR0901 strain not only shared high homology with the REV strains from Chinese Taiwan and USA but also had close relationship with the REV isolates from goose and the wild birds and the REV provirus inserted into fowlpox virus,but had significant difference with the HA9901 strain from South China,indicating that the REV strains prevalent in China were in diversity.
