我国城乡一体化背景下的公司下乡与乡村治理

摘  要：
我国城乡一体化给乡村社会造成了深刻的影响,特别是公司下乡给乡村社会治理带来了新的难题。本文对公司下乡给乡村社会带来的影响以及产生的问题进行了多角度分析。公司下乡后的村一级自治组织即村委会出现了不同程度的弱化现象。为了获得强有力的主体支撑、实现乡村社会的有效治理,必须从农民以及各种形式的农民自组织中借力,通过村委会与农民自组织的有机对接来承接"地气",实现村民自治力量的内在强化,由此走向真正的农村基层自治和乡村民主。

摘  要：
Integration of Chinese urban and rural affect rural society profoundly,especially the agriculture-related companies entering the countryside bring new challenges to the rural governance. Based on the research of Chinese provinces,which have agriculture-related companies,the paper randomly selected 100 samples,and analyzed how the companies affect rural society and problems generated by the agriculturerelated companies. The results show us that: autonomous organizations at the village level of the countryside suffered different degrees of weakening after the company entering the village. In order to obtain a strong body support,and to achieve effective governance of rural society,we must get power from farmers and various forms of farmers' self-organization,and undertake ‘to air'through the organic docking between village committee and farmers self-organizations,through which can achieve internal strengthening of rural governance,thus to achieve the real autonomy in the countryside.
