藻类响应环境胁迫的蛋白质组变化研究进展

摘  要:
环境变化会影响植物的生长与代谢。近来,藻类植物应答环境胁迫的蛋白质组学研究已成为热点。整合分析了藻类植物应答各种环境胁迫(盐、重金属、温度、光和营养元素等)的蛋白质组学研究结果,为全面理解藻类植物响应环境胁迫的代谢调控机制提供了重要的信息。

摘  要:
The environmental conditions affect the growth and metabolism of plants.Proteomics research on algae in response to environmental stress has become a hot topic recently.All the information revealed from recent proteomics researches on alga in response to various environmental stresses(e.g.salts,heavy metals,temperatures,lights and nutrient elements) were integrated,to provide a fundamental understanding of molecular mechanisms in alga to cope with environmental stress.
