摘要：

针对埋刮板输送机在运行中存在的减速机易损坏 ,刮板链条、传动链条易断链等问题 ,分析原因 ,并采取技改措施。改造后 ,减速机使用寿命从 3个月延长到数年 ;刮板链条未曾断过 ,并解决了浮链问题 ;传动链条断链由每年 4 5次减少到 6次。年节约维修费用 18万元

摘要：

The existing such problems as the reduction gear damaged, scraper chains broken in operation of embedded scraper conveyor are analyzed. Some measures of modification are taken, which bring prolonging life of reduction gear to several years from 3 months, unbroken scraper chains, eliminated float chain problems , decreasing gearing chains broken to 6 times/a from 45, and saving maintaining expense of 180 kRMB per year.
