杂交稻体内的植物激素与再生力的相关性

摘  要:
通过对杂交稻体内的植物激素与再生力的相关性研究 ,结果表明 :头季稻收获时 ,杂交稻体内的主茎倒 3节间的植物激素对再生力的影响比倒二节间大 ,倒 2节间无任何形式的差异显著性 ,倒 3节间的对数与双曲线回归达差异显著性 ,且倒 3节间的GA1/ 3的含量与再生率的双曲线回归达极显著性水平 ;头季稻收获时 ,杂交稻体内的主茎各节间的植物激素只有GA1/ 3、iPAs对再生力有显著的影响 ,以双曲线回归的相关性为最大 ,均达差异极显著水平 ,且GA1/ 3的效应大于iPAs ;并可预测出再生率的最大值在 5 7 76 %~ 71 94 %。表 2 ,参 17。

摘  要:
The correlations between plant hormones in last but one internode and two internodes during the harvest of main crop and their ratooning ability in hybrid mid rice were studied.the result were the followings:1.During the harvest of main crop,the contents of GA 13 and iPAs in last but two internodes of the main stem were significantly correlated with their ratooning ability in hybrid mid rice,but the those in last but one internode of the main stem were not interrelated remarkably.The significant correlations were the logarithmic and hyperbola regression,and the hyperbola regression between the GA 13 content and ratooning rate in hybrid mid rice was highly significant;2.During the harvest of main crop,the contents of GA 13 and iPAs in every internode of the main stem were only significantly correlated with their ratooning ability in hybrid mid rice.The correlation of hyperbola regression was optimum and highly significant,and the effect of GA 13 was more than that of iPAs.According to all analyses,the maximum value of ratooning rate was between 57 76 percent and 71 94 percent
