湖南经济发展-生态环境-旅游产业耦合协调关系分析

摘  要：
以湖南省14个市州为研究区域,构建经济发展-生态环境-旅游产业耦合协调评价指标体系,运用熵值法求出各指标的权重,引入综合指数模型和耦合协调模型,分析湖南省14个市州2010—2018年经济发展-生态环境-旅游产业之间的协调水平。结果表明:2010—2018年湖南省各市州经济发展、生态环境、旅游产业总体发展呈上升趋势;各市州三大系统耦合度数值绝大部分在0.9以上,说明三者的关联度很强;各市州三大系统的耦合协调水平总体呈上升趋势,但协调水平不高,到2018年各市州协调等级大多处于轻度和中度失调阶段。在此基础上,针对湖南省各市州三大系统发展不平衡现象给出相应建议,以期为湖南省经济发展、生态环境和旅游产业的协调发展提供参考。

摘  要：
Taking 14 cities and prefectures of Hunan Province as the research area, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of coupling coordination of economic development, ecological environment and tourism industry, calculates the weight of each index by entropy method, and introduces the comprehensive index model and coupling coordination model to analyze the coordination level of economic development, ecological environment and tourism industry of 14 cities and prefectures of Hunan Province from 2010 to 2018. The results are as follows: from 2010 to 2018, the overall development of economic development, ecological environment and tourism industry in Hunan Province is on the rise; most of the coupling degree values of the three systems are above 0.9, which indicates that the correlation degree of 3 systems is very strong; the coupling coordination level of 3 systems of each city and state is on the rise, but the coordination level is not high. By 2018, the coordination level of each city and state is mostly in the stage of mild and moderate imbalance. On this basis, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the unbalanced development of the three systems in Hunan Province, in order to provide reference for the coordinated development of economic development, ecological environment and tourism industry in Hunan Province.
