摘 要:
选用 2 5周龄产蛋高峰期北京红鸡 576只 ,研究了日粮不同代谢能水平对赖氨酸需要量的影响。 2个基础日粮代谢能水平分别为 :11.0 9和 11.51MJ.kg-1,6个处理的可消化赖氨酸水平分别为 :0 .57% ,0 .6 4 % ,0 .71% (ME=11.0 9MJ.kg-1) ;0 .59% ,0 .6 6 % ,0 .73% (ME=11.51MJ.kg-1)。试验为期 17周。结果表明 :产蛋高峰期北京红鸡日粮适宜代谢能浓度为 11.0 9MJ.kg-1,可消化赖氨酸与代谢能适宜比值为0 .57~ 0 .58g.MJ-1,或表示为适宜供给量 834~ 856 mg.只 -1.d-1可消化赖氨酸

摘 要:
Five hundred and seventy six Beijing Brown layers were used in a 17 week experiment to determine digestible lysine requirement and the influence of the dietary ME level on this requirement. Lysine HCL and DL methionine were supplemented to two corn various meals basal diets with 11.09 or 11.51MJ·kg -1 ME respectively. Six treatment diets were formulated to contain 0.57%, 0.64%, 0.71%(ME=11.09MJ·kg -1 ), or 0.59%, 0.66%, 0.73%(ME=11.51MJ·kg -1 ) digestible lysine. All diets had the same ratio (0.84) of digestible sulfur containing amino acids (SAA) to digestible lysine. Other nutrient contents in the diets met the NRC requirement sufficiently. Results indicated that the optimum level of ME was 11.09MJ·kg -1 , and the true digestible lysine requirement was 834~856mg daily per bird or 0.57~0.58g·MJ -1 for Beijing Brown layers during the peak laying days.
