盐浓度和播种深度对亮苜二号紫花苜蓿植物学特征和生产性能的影响

摘  要:
采用田间试验,分析了不同土壤盐浓度条件下播种深度对亮苜二号紫花苜蓿植物学特征和生产性能的影响。结果表明,播种深度通过影响亮苜二号的出苗率、存活率和越冬率来影响其植物学特征和生产性能,而土壤盐浓度则通过影响种子渗透和根系吸收能力影响其植物学特征和生产性能。紫花苜蓿越冬率、地上生物量、根系体积、根系生物量和茎叶比均随土壤盐浓度增加而逐渐降低,随播种深度增加,紫花苜蓿的地上生物量逐渐降低,根系体积和根系生物量逐渐增大,茎叶比先降低后升高。不同土壤盐浓度条件下紫花苜蓿适宜播种深度不同,土壤盐浓度小于0.5%,播种深度为2cm的紫花苜蓿根系体积、根系生物量、越冬率和地上生物量最大,而茎叶比最低;土壤盐浓度大于0.7%,播种深度为2.5cm的紫花苜蓿根系体积、根系生物量、越冬率和地上生物量最大,而茎叶比最低;当土壤盐浓度为0.9%时,各种播种深度下紫花苜蓿越冬率均小于50%,产量均小于3500kg/hm2,已经不适合建植高产紫花苜蓿栽培草地。

摘  要:
The field experiment was conducted to determine the effects of sowing depth on botanical characters and production performance of alfalfa under different soil salt concentration.The results showed that overwintering rate,aboveground biomass,root volume,root biomass and stem-leaf ratio all decreased with the increase of soil salt concentration. However,with the increase of sowing depth,alfalfa aboveground biomass decreased,root volume,root biomass increased,stem-leaf ratio firstly increased and then decreased.Alfalfa suitable sowing depth changed with different salt concentration.Alfalfa root volume,root biomass,overwintering rate,aboveground biomass and the lowest stem-leaf ratio showed the highest when the soil salt concentration were less than 0.5% and the sowing depth was 2cm.When the soil salt concentration were more than 0.7% and the sowing depth was 2.5cm,alfalfa root volume,root biomass overwintering rate,aboveground biomass showed the highest and stem-leaf ratio showed the lowest.When the soil salt concentration was 0.9%,overwintering rate under different sowing depth was less than 50%,the yield were less than 3500kg/hm2,which was inadaptable to planting alfalfa.
