氮源和腐熟剂对水稻秸秆厌氧发酵的影响

摘  要:
文章为探讨外加氮源和秸秆腐熟剂对水稻秸秆厌氧发酵效果的影响,分别在秸秆中添加尿素、腐熟剂、尿素+腐熟剂,对各处理在发酵过程中产气量,pH值和甲烷含量的变化进行了分析研究。结果表明:添加氮源不仅可以提高产气量,而且利于发酵后期甲烷含量的稳定;添加腐熟剂可使系统快速发酵、增加产气量,但发酵后期甲烷含量下降较快。

摘  要:
The effects of exogenous N and microbial blends on anaerobic fermentation of straw were studied in this paper.The urea,microbial blends and urea + microbial blends were added to the straw respectively. The biogas production yields,the pH and methane content were investigated. The results indicated that adding of exogenous nitrogen not only could improve the gas production,but also conducive to the stability of methane content during late fermentation stage. The adding of microbial blends could make the fast fermentation,larger gas production,but the methane content was decreased rapidly in late fermentation stage.
