摘  要：
使用DEA-Malmquist方法考察了我国30个省份乡镇卫生院2002～2009年全要素生产率的动态变化。结果表明,2002～2009年间我国乡镇卫生院全要素生产率整体提高了3.9%,其中技术进步要高于技术效率提高,但各省份变动情况存在明显差异;乡镇卫生院基础比较薄弱的西部地区其全要素生产率增长最快,明显高于东部和中部地区。

摘  要：
Based on the DEA-Malmquist productivity index,this article had surveyed the dynamic change of the total factor productivity of township heath centers in 30 provinces during 2002-2009.As indicated by the research,the TFP of China's township health centers had improved by 3.9% from 2002 to 2009,which was more contributed by technical change than technical efficiency,this change was also different in different provinces.Second,the TFP in West China area increased faster than that in East and Central China area.
