现代杜仲产业发展状况及相关政策研究

摘  要：
当前,我国在杜仲定向育种、栽培模式以及杜仲橡胶提取技术、杜仲橡胶及相关产品研发等方面取得革命性创新,特别是育种和栽培模式的创新,为现代杜仲产业发展奠定了基础。研究发现,当前现代杜仲产业发展还面临着资源短缺、认识不统一、产业规模小、综合利用水平不高等问题。鉴于杜仲的重要战略价值和发展潜力,认为,应该高度重视现代杜仲产业发展,建立杜仲橡胶国家储备制度,继续强化杜仲育种等方面的科技支撑,围绕增加资源科学指导基地建设,加强杜仲新品种知识产权保护。

摘  要：
At present, revolutionary innovations have been achieved on Eucommia breeding, cultivation models,rubber extraction techniques and its related products. Particularly, the innovation of breeding and cultivation model laid the foundation for modern Eucommia industry. The authors regarded that the current modern Eucommia industry is facing problems such as a shortage of resource, non-uniform knowledge, small industrial scale, low utilization levels, etc. In view of the important strategic value and potential development of Eucommia, the authors suggested that the industry should attach great concern and national Eucommia rubber reserve system should be built. Technological support on Eucommia breeding should be strengthened. The Eucommia base construction should be guided scientifically to increase the resource. The protection of intellectual property of new Eucommia varieties should be strengthened.
