重金属污染土壤添加骨炭对苗期水稻吸收重金属的影响

摘  要:
在温室条件下采用土培法模拟研究了骨炭对水稻吸收积累重金属的影响。结果表明,不同骨炭处理对水稻的生物量影响不大。施用骨炭对水稻根表铁膜Fe、Zn含量影响较大,而对其他元素含量没有太大影响,骨炭除了对水稻茎叶Fe含量有影响外,对Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量影响均不大;骨炭应用能显著地降低水稻根系Fe和Pb含量,当骨炭用量为10g.kg-1土时,科优1360、94D-54和远诱1号的Fe含量分别比不施骨炭时降低46.2%、31.7%和27.2%,Pb含量分别降低60.6%、65.6%和53.3%。研究表明骨炭将可以作为修复铅污染土壤的有潜力的新型修复材料。

摘  要:
Effects of bone char on uptake and accumulation of heavy metals by three rice genotypes(Oryza sativa L.)(YY-1,KY1360,94D-54) cultured in a contaminated soil were conducted in greenhouse experiment.Three bone char treatments were designed: 0,5,10 g·kg-1.The results showed that there were no significant differences between different bone char treatments for rice biomass.The concentrations of Fe,Zn in root surface iron plaque of rice were significantly affected by different bone char treatments.Except for Fe,concentrations of other heavy metals(Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd) in rice shoot were not affected by bone char application.Compared to the control treatment,the application of bone char at the rate of 10 g·kg-1 could decrease Fe concentrations in roots of KY1360,94D-54 and YY-1 by 46.2%,31.7% and 27.2% respectively,whereas those of Pb concentrations decreased by 60.6%,65.6% and 53.3%.The results indicated that bone char was a potential material to rehabilitate Pb-contaminated soils.
