不同药物体外抑制新孢子虫的比较

摘  要:
应用青蒿素、桦褐孔菌多糖、黄芩苷及乙胺嘧啶等药物对Vero细胞中培养的犬新孢子虫进行了体外抑制试验。结果显示,青蒿素、桦褐孔菌多糖、黄芩苷、乙胺嘧啶均有抑制虫体的效果,尤其青蒿素在高浓度试验组中抑虫效果最为明显,质量浓度为20 mg/L时的抑制率为95.17%,Vero细胞形态较为完整,虫体组织包囊体积最小、数量均最少;桦褐孔菌多糖(25 mg/L)、黄芩苷(20 mg/L)和乙胺嘧啶(1.25 mg/L)高质量浓度时的抑虫效果相近。结果表明,青蒿素、桦褐孔菌多糖、黄芩苷和乙胺嘧啶均可以作为抗新孢子虫的潜在药物,其中桦褐孔菌多糖为天然药物提取物,在抗新孢子虫药物中更具有研究价值。

摘  要:
In order to study drug against Neospora caninum(N.caninum) in vitro and screening out the best anti-N.caninum drug,we evaluated the inhibitory effect of artemisinin,inonotus obliquus polysaccharide,baicalin and pyrimethamine on N.caninum cultured in Vero cells.Our results indicate that artemisinin,inonotus obliquus polysaccharide,baicalin and pyrimethamine all had the effect of inhibiting parasites.In particular,artemisinin had the most obvious anti-parasite effect in the high concentration,and the inhibition rate at the concentration of 20 mg/L is 95.17%.The morphology of Vero cells was relatively complete,furthermore,the size of parasitophorous vacuole was the smallest and the number was the least.The inhibitory effect of inonotus obliquus polysaccharide(25 mg/L),baicalin(20 mg/L) and pyrimethamine(1.25 mg/L) was similar at high concentrations.It showed that artemisinin,inonotus obliquus polysaccharide,pyrimethamine and baicalin could be used as potential drugs against N.caninum.The polysaccharide of inonotus obliquus are natural extracts,which had more research value in anti-N.caninum drugs.This experiment provides a scientific basis for prevention and control of Neospora caninum.
