摘  要：
高校开展廉政文化建设对于提高人才培养质量、加强学校管理、发挥示范效应具有积极的意义。但在廉政文化建设过程中也面临不少问题和困惑,主要表现在廉政文化内涵认识不清晰、建设主体不明确、理论研究力量较薄弱以及活动载体不丰富等方面,需要从紧扣高校特点、围绕高校发展历程、创新体制机制等方面推进高校廉政文化建设。

摘  要：
To carry out incorruptible culture construction in universities has a positive meaning to improving the quality of personnel training,strengthening school management and playing a demonstration effect. But in the process of building cleaning government culture we also face a lot of problems and confusion,Independent cultural connotation understanding is not clear,the main building is not clear,theoretical study relatively weak force and activities carrier is not rich,etc. which need close to universities characteristics,around the universities development process,building an effective institutional mechanism,grasping accurately the cleaning government culture connotations,etc. to develop cleaning government culture of colleges and universities.
