泽漆水浸提液对3种牧草的化感作用研究

摘  要:
为了探讨泽漆的化感作用,试验采用双层滤纸培养皿法测定泽漆水浸提液对3种牧草(苜蓿、紫云英、黑麦草)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,同时测定受体植物幼苗丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明:泽漆水浸提液对3种牧草种子的萌发都表现为抑制作用;对苜蓿和紫云英幼苗的生长表现为低促高抑的双重效应,对黑麦草则是促进其幼苗的生长;对苜蓿和黑麦草的鲜重表现为促进作用,对紫云英鲜重的影响则表现为抑制作用;使紫云英幼苗体内的MDA含量显著增加(P<0.05)。化感综合效应(SE)分析发现泽漆水浸提液对苜蓿和黑麦草表现为促进作用,对紫云英的抑制作用与其幼苗体内的MDA含量升高有关。说明泽漆水浸提液对苜蓿、黑麦草和紫云英有一定的化感作用,且化感效应强度与受体植物、浸提液浓度相关。

摘  要:
In order to study the allelopathy of Euphorbia Heloscopia L., the effects of E. Heloscopia water extract on the seed germination and seedling growth of three forage grasses(Alfalfa, Astragalus sinicus L. and Lolium perenne L.) were determined by double-layer filter paper culture dish method. The changes of malondialdehyde(MDA) content in recipient plant seedlings were measured. The results showed that the water extract of E. Heloscopia had inhibitory effect on the germination of three species of forage seeds, showed a dual effect with low concentrations promoting and high concentration inhibition on the growth of leguminous grass seedlings, promoted the growth of L. perenne seedlings the fresh weight of Alfalfa and L. perenne, and showed a inhibitory effect on the fresh weight of A. sinicus. The MDA content of A. sinicus. seedlings increased significantly(P<0.05). Allelopathic comprehensive effect analysis showed that water extract of E. Heloscopia could promote Afalfa and L. perenne, and the inhibitory effect was related to the increase of MDA content in the seedlings of A. smicus. The results indicated that the water extracts of E. Heloscopia had certain allelopathic effect on Alfalfa, A. sinicus. and L. perenne, and the intensity of allelopathy was related to receptor plants and extract concentrations.
