分析了在普通高等农业院校中外语教师专业发展的内涵及现状,探讨了反思性教学的特点,得出反思性教学是普通高等农业院校外语教师专业发展的推动力,并指出其研究方法及实施过程。

摘  要:
The paper analyzed connotation and status of the professional development of foreign language teachers in common agricultural universities,and discussed the characteristics of reflective teaching,concluded that the reflective teaching is the driving force of the teachers' professional development,and finally pointed out the research method and implementation process of reflective teaching.
