邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯分子印迹聚合物微球的制备及表征

摘  要:
以邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DOP)为模板,采用沉淀聚合法制备了粒径为1~3.5μm的分子印迹聚合物微球(MIPMs).考察了温度、引发剂用量、溶剂用量的影响,通过平衡结合实验研究了MIPMs对模板分子的结合能力及其对不同底物的选择性,利用扫描电镜及红外光谱对所得的MIPMs进行了表征.Scatchard模型分析表明:该分子印迹聚合物高亲和力结合位点和低亲和力结合位点的离解常数为0.38μmol/mL和2.62μmol/mL,相应的最大表观结合量为30.39μmol/g和76.94μmol/g.该方法制备的MIPMs对模板分子具有较好的选择性,可以将其用来分离分析邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)塑化剂.

摘  要:
Molecular imprinted polymer microspheres(MIPMs) for dioctyl-phthalate(DOP) were prepared by precipitation polymerization,which had a narrow particle size distribution 1~3.5 μm.The effects of the temperature,the initiator,the volume of solvent were investigated.The binding abilities of MIPMs for template molecule and their selective abilities for different subatrates were studied by the quilibrium binding experiments.MIPMs were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR).Through the analysis of Scatchard plot,the high and low binding sites dissociation constants were Kd1=0.38 μmol/mL,Kd2=2.62 μmol/mL,and the corresponding maximum binding capacity constants were Qmax1=30.39 μmol/g,Qmax2=76.94 μmol/g.The MIPMs prepared in this methord had a better selectivity for the template molecular,which could used to separate and analysis of phthalate esters(PAEs).
