生物酶法催化火锅废油制备生物柴油

摘  要:
以重庆火锅废油为原料,甲醇为酰基受体,凯泰固定化脂肪酶为催化剂,采用固定床反应体系研究了生物酶法催化餐饮废油制备生物柴油的工艺。结果表明,经过预处理的火锅废油,分3次投加甲醇、正己烷用量10%、含水率10%、生物酶用量20%、水浴温度47.5℃,于高径比为12.5∶1.0、柱流速为0.6 mL/min的固定床装置中反应24 h,生物柴油产率达76.5%。采用减压蒸馏方法精制后生物柴油产率可达90%以上,说明生物酶法催化火锅废油制备生物柴油工业化生产具有可行性。

摘  要:
Using waste oil of hot pot in Chongqing as raw material,methanol as acyl acceptor,kete immobilized lipase as catalyst, the development of biodiesel from waste cooking oil of hot pot was studied. The results showed when adding methanol 3 times,lipase dosage at 20%, n-hexane amount at 10%, moisture content at 10%, water bath temperature under 47.5 ℃, reacting in the column with a height to diameter ratio of 12.5∶1.0 at a flow rate of 0.6 mL / min in the fixed bed unit for 24 h, the rate of biodiesel production was 76.5%. The rate of biodiesel production was more than 90% when vacuum distillation was used. Developing biodiesel from waste cooking oil of hot pot by bio-enzyme is feasible.
