摘  要:
小麦单倍体能够在很大程度上缩短育种进程,其在基因组测序、基因功能的鉴定和构建分子遗传图谱等领域的作用越来越突出。综述了小麦获得单倍体的相关途径及其在基础研究和育种方面的重要应用,并着重论述了小麦单倍体诱导技术存在的问题、育种应用中的瓶颈以及潜在的应用价值,旨在为小麦育种者提供参考,促进小麦单倍体育种技术的进一步发展和完善。

摘  要:
Wheat haploid can largely shorten the breeding process and is playing an increasingly important role in the field of genome sequencing, gene function identification and molecular genetic map construction; The paper summarizes the relevant way to obtain wheat haploid and its important application in basic research and breeding, and emphatically discusses the existing problems in the wheat haploid induction technology,breeding application bottlenecks and its potential application value on purpose to provide reference for wheat breeders, promote the further development and perfection of wheat haploid breeding technology.
