几种外源物质诱导花生幼苗耐低温的效应

摘  要:
低温是影响花生正常生长的环境因子之一,并且严重影响花生产量。研究外源物质对低温胁迫下花生幼苗生长发育的影响,进而选出适用于花生的外源物质。采用砂培方式,使用6种外源物质(脯氨酸、肌醇、磷酸二氢钾、EDTA-Fe、芸苔素内酯、萘乙酸)对花生进行浸种处理,每种外源物质设置4个浓度,对萌动期花生种子进行5℃低温胁迫3d,分析不同外源物质浸种处理对花生幼苗的主茎高、叶面积及根系等指标的影响。结果表明:花生萌动期低温胁迫条件下,3000mg·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾、300mg·L~(-1)EDTA-Fe、0.01mg·L~(-1)芸苔素内酯分别提高了花生幼苗的主茎高、叶片数和叶面积,且效果最好;0.05mg·L~(-1)芸苔素内酯、2000mg·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾和3000mg·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾浸种处理提高花生幼苗的根长、根体积与根尖数的效果最好。此外,对8个形态学指标进行因子分析,提取了3个主因子反应原变量83.82%的信息。通过因子分析发现,根系生长情况是判断花生幼苗抗寒能力的最重要指标,0.05mg·L~(-1)芸苔素内酯、3000mg·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾和300mg·L~(-1)EDTA-Fe浸种处理提高花生抗寒能力最强。

摘  要:
Low temperature is one of the environmental factors that affect the normal growth of peanuts, and it seriously affects peanut yield. The effects of exogenous substances on the growth and development of peanut seedlings under low temperature stress were studied for selecting the exogenous substances suitable for peanut. In this study, 6 kinds of exogenous substances including 4 concentrations were used to treat peanut seeds by sand culture. The peanut seeds were treated at low temperature for3 days under the condition of 5 ℃, and the effects of different exogenous substances on peanut seedling height, leaf area and root system index were analyzed. The results showed that the plant height, leaf number and leaf area significantly increased when treated by 3000 mg·L~(-1) KH_2PO_4, 300 mg·L~(-1) EDTA-Fe and 0.01 mg·L~(-1) BR respectively; 0.05 mg·L~(-1) BR, 2000 mg·L~(-1) KH_2PO_4 and 3000 mg·L~(-1) KH_2PO_4 could increase the root length, root volume and root tip number of peanut seedlings under low temperature. In addition, 8 morphological indexes were analyzed by factor analysis, and the 3 main factors reflected 83.82% of the original variable. Through factor analysis, it was found that the root growth was the most important index to judge the cold resistance of peanut seedlings. 0.05 mg·L~(-1) BR, 3000 mg·L~(-1) KH_2PO_4 and 300 mg·L~(-1) EDTA-Fe are the best treatments to improve the cold resistance of peanut.
